Dylan Kohlstädt, founder and CEO of Shift ONE, is a digital marketing expert with over 20 years of experience, an MBA, and an IMMA Marketing Diploma. Not only she lead Shift ONE Digital, but she mentors entrepreneurs, sharing her expertise to help businesses grow.

A mother of two, Dylan balances her career with passions like surfing, kiteboarding, and playing guitar.
